What Is a Paramotor Flight?
A paramotor is the simplest form of powered flight: no plane, no cockpit, no windows — just you, securely seated beside the pilot beneath a paraglider wing, with a quiet backpack motor providing gentle thrust. It is inherently stable and smooth, which makes it remarkably accessible for complete beginners while still being a genuine thrill. There is nothing between you and the open sky, and the views are completely uninterrupted.

Sunrise flight
Catch the serene morning light as mist lifts off the rice paddies and the karst peaks glow gold. The air is at its calmest just after dawn, which makes sunrise the perfect choice for first-time flyers and for photographers who want the smoothest possible conditions.
Sunset flight
Our most dramatic experience. Watch the limestone towers turn orange and pink as long shadows stretch across the valley floor and the river catches the last of the light. It is a genuinely unforgettable way to end a day in Vang Vieng.
What Happens on Flight Day
- Hotel pickup: your driver meets you at your hotel and brings you to the launch site.
- Safety briefing: a clear, thorough walkthrough so you understand exactly what to expect before takeoff.
- Takeoff and flight: soar over emerald rice fields, the winding Nam Song River and towering limestone cliffs for around 15–20 minutes.
- Landing and refreshments: a smooth touchdown and a cold drink to celebrate.

Safety and Weather
Paramotoring is one of the safest forms of recreational aviation, and flying with a direct operator means safety is never outsourced. Flights only go ahead in light wind (typically under about 20 km/h) and are scheduled for the calm morning and evening windows to avoid midday turbulence. If conditions are not right, we will reschedule rather than compromise — your safety and a good experience always come first.
